I've spinning quite a bit these days. It's mostly hip-hop, R&B, top 40, assorted types of house, reggae, dancehall, moobahton and reggaeton. I love all music, but it's been a while since I spun the lesser known music that moves me.

I found this old DJ set while I was getting some images for an interview with the good people at MiMediaBio.com (more about that coming soon). It's chill and a bit of a journey with some house, chill beats and a few more underground gems.

I'd like to find the time to spin more sets like this. I'd love to be able to spin these kinds of sets at a venue, but I don't know if that's possible where I am at the moment.

It's been a while. Today I share a few cool throwback house tunes.

One of my favorite sensual house tunes, Skin Diver by the one and only Boddhi Satva & Teedra Moses. If you let it ride a bit, you'll see that the D-Malice Expression mix is sooooo sexy and sensual, I love it! To make it even worse, in the best of ways, the Expression Dub takes the tune into a different space that's a bit harder, but sexy. The original mix of this song is quite alluring, as well. In a similar vein on another arm is Going by the one and only Oscar P along with Afro Rebel Sound System and Tatiana. To be honest, the whole set of 8 Years Running Afro Soul edits are hot. Another favorite in that series is 1000 Kisses.

Another favorite is Inner Freak by Kholi on Tribe Records! Loving it. Perfect summer deliciousness for those who like to release their inner explorer.
