New releases are dropping in November and December, with hopes of new additions before 2016. Here are a couple of releases from our growing catalog:

Many changes are in the works, including this website.  The blog and contact pages are still available. When we launch, we'll be including the Man in a Loft store, which will contain music and merchandise for purchase, and you're support matters!

This is my 3rd or 4th dinner gathering and all new people should know this is NOT formal :-).  Unlike the gatherings in the past, this is one is NOT about sitting and having many, many courses. This is more about tapas. All the items below, with the exception of the potato salad, wine and beer, are made from scratch.

We are on schedule. Food will be served by 7:15... no later than 7:30. All that's left to make is a veggie or two and more dessert. Menu updated.

Note: Items will be added to the menu depending on how much time I have today, but so far, this is what you should expect.

Garbanzo beans, olive oil, lime juice, herbs... maybe homemade tahini. There will be a variety of flavored hummus-like dips.

BABA GaNOUSH

Eggplant, garlic, spices, olive oil, lime juice.

BLaCK BEAN DIP

Black beans in dip form.

MACaDAMIA NUT DiP

Macadamias, lime juice, salt, pepper, spices, sun-dried tomatoes

PiNK PICKLES

A variety of pink-ish, pickled cucumbers, carrots, etc. Plain pickles. Garlic pickles & super spicy pickles. You've been warned.

TO EaT

If any of this interests you, don't come too late.

SAlAD

A variety of lettuces and items from the garden, cabbages, tomatoes, roasted veggies, shredded cumin-pickled-carrots and beets, feta and a dressing of some sort.

PoTATO SAlAD

Potatoes, celery, onions and stuff... You know...

SAUSaGE FEST

A variety of reputable, homemade sausages will be available. A version of local longaniza, chicken + bacon + apple, cajun chorizo (chaurice), kielbasa, chicken + apple, hot Italian. WOOOOO-HOOOOO!

PePIAN

In limited supply + rice

VEGEtABLE ToRTE

Imagine a lasagna. Now replace the noodles with layers of various veggies that have been roasted in olive oil, garlic and variety of spices. Between the veggie are layers of cheese. Baked until golden with basil & other herbs. Limited supply.

Spicy Moroccan Meatballs

Beef meatballs with garlic, onions, cumin, jalapenos, more garlic, salt, pepper and maybe one additional spicy ingredient depending on how I feel.

DESSERT??? NOT QUiTE

TRES LYCHEES

Lychees three ways: Lemon-Mint, Lemon-Basil and chocolate. If I get more lychees early, mocha.

FReSH Sorbet

This really depends on what is left over by the end of the night.
